Twitterati are lauding Islamabad United skipper Shadab Khan for his sensational 91-run knock in 42 balls with the help of nine sixes and five fours in which he almost took his team to an unlikely win against the in-form Multan Sultans who emerged winners by 20 runs.
United were handed a mammoth 218-run target by Sultans' after Tim David and Rilee Rossouw's played blistering innings to steer them to that huge total.
In reply, United kept on losing wickets on regular, as their top order didn't fired today.
But Shadab further added life to that clash by playing an unbelievable knock to take the match to the wire single-handedly, as he smashed the Sultans' bowlers to all parts of the park.
It was his former teammate Rumman Raees who took his wicket in the 18.4 overs with United's score of 194 runs on the board.
Meanwhile, the fans on the microblogging website are praising Shadab who's inning kept the viewers glued to what was a nerve-wracking clash.
