Fans on Twitter are lauding Mohammad Rizwan whose sensational and crucial half-century of 69 runs helped Multan Sultans chase down a mammoth 207 run target against a good Lahore Qalandars bowling attack.
Qalandars, who posted 206-runs batting the first course of Fakhar Zaman's blistering 76 run inning, put Qalandars in a bossing position.
But, Rizwan rose to the occasion with the delightful 69-run inning of 42 balls with the help of six fours and three sixes when his team needed the most, and with his opening partner, Shan Masood registered a brilliant 150-run stand.
Masood was also outstanding with the bat in today's game as he played a fantastic 83-run knock of 50 balls and was equally instrumental.
Rizwan also scored a fifty in the opening game against Karachi Kings' and he continued that brilliant run of form as his inning helped Sultans chase down a massive 207 run target and win two matches out of two.
Meanwhile, the Twitterati are praising Rizwan who has stamped his authority as one of the finest batters in T20 cricket.
