The president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India, Sourav Ganguly, has said that he is an admirer of India Test captain Virat Kohli's attitude, but that he "fights a lot".

"I like Virat Kohli’s attitude, but he fights a lot," the BCCI president commented at an event in India's Gurgaon after being asked which player, according to him, has the best attitude in the Indian cricket team.

Earlier, Sourav Ganguly and Virat Kohli's statements regarding Kohli's captaincy contradicted, which left the whole cricketing fraternity confused.

Sourav Ganguly stated that regardless of India's performance at the T20 World Cup in 2021, the BCCI had asked Virat Kohli not to resign as India's T20 captain.

On the other hand, Virat Kohli had revealed that he was not advised not to step down as T20 captain.

The reporters asked Ganguly how he manages stress in life, to which the former cricketer had a hilarious answer.

"There is no stress in life. Only wife and girlfriend give stress," he said.
