Cricket has had its fair share of fan moments and its latest one happens to be from Afghanistan.
The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) took to Twitter to share the work of Sharaf Naib, a daily wage labour from Kabul, who displayed sheer passion for the game and his team by preparing a picture-perfect replica of the ICC World T20 trophy.
"Afghanistan a country which has always produced great talents as result of passion of its nation. A young Afghan fan has yet again shown is ability by preparing a brilliant piece of World T20 statue," the tweet read.
Furthermore Naib expressed his support for the team as he said: "It is my dream to see Afghanistan win the World Cup and I hope that the our cricket heroes will shine and lift the T20 World Cup," he said in a video on ACB's official YouTube.
It is pertinent to mention that the Afghanistan cricket team will be in action in the upcoming World T20, being part of Group 2.
