Islamabad United Head Coach Misbah-ul-Haq on Thursday revealed that the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2020 would see a set of "super fit" players from his side, reported Cricket Pakistan.

"All players in our side are super fit and will enter the grounds with the intention of winning it," he said.

"I keep telling all the boys to go into the ground with the intention of winning and play their role in the team’s victory."

Misbah added that having the PSL 2020 be staged in its entirety in Pakistan would not only allow players to have a more enriching experience but would also be beneficial for youngsters.

"Having the PSL in our own country is a big source of happiness. When a player plays or breaks a record in front of their home crowds the feeling is completely different. The return of international cricket to Pakistan is great for the popularity of the sport amongst youngsters.

Meanwhile, Islamabad United will set up their pre-tournament camp in Karachi on Sunday ahead of the PSL 2020 tournament opener. The camp is scheduled to begin on February 16.
