DUBAI: India's 10-wicket win against England in ODI series opener on Tuesday handed them boost in ICC ODI team rankings.

Led by Rohit Sharma, India replaced Pakistan on third position in the rankings. Pakistan, who last played an ODI on June 12 against West Indies in Multan, dropped down to fourth position.

For India, it was fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah who bagged career-best six wickets to hand his team one-sided win against the home side.

After T20I series victory by 2-1, India keeps an upper hand over England who struggles after Eoin Morgan's sudden exit from international cricket.

However, England remains on number two position despite the loss. Kane Williamson-led New Zealand holds number one position in the ICC rankings.
