Rules and Regulations |

1)
Number of Players and Officials:
Each team squad will consist of not more than twenty six
(26) persons made up of:
a) Maximum of twenty two players (22)
1) 16 players over twenty years of age as on 14th may,
2010.
2) Minimum 6 players under twenty years of age as on 15th
May, 2010.
3) Maximum of 4 foreign players if concerned team requires.
b) Maximum of four players outside the province or Regions
who will be selected or recommended by sponsor of the
team. (These players will appear in trials at their concern
center)
c) Maximum of 4 officials. (Manager, Head Coach, Coach
and Assistant Coach)
2) Competition Systems and Draws:
a) The competition shall be played on double league basis.
Each team will play two (2) matches against the other
teams.
b) In the league system the ranking is determined as follows:
Number of points i-e Three (3) Points for a win (1) point
for a draw and 0 point for loss.
1) Greater number of points of all league matches
2) Goal difference
3) Greater number of goals scored for.
4) Kicks from the penalty mark if the teams concerned
are still in the field of play.
5) Drawing of lots.
c) First semi final will be played between the top ranking
team and fourth positioned team.
d) Second semi final will be played between the second
ranking team and third positioned team.
e) Final will be played between winners of both semifinal
teams.
