Preity Zinta, the co-owner of Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Punjab Kings, went through a roller coaster of emotions during a thrilling match against Mumbai Indians in Mullanpur.

The match went through different phases where both teams were ahead of each other but ultimately five-time champions came as the winner.

Mumbai Indians set Punjab Kings a target of 193 at Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium, Mullanpur, Mohali on Thursday.

Suryakumar Yadav top-scored for MI with his 78-run knock, while Tilak Varma remained unbeaten at 34 off 18 deliveries. Rohit Sharma contributed with a 38-run innings at the top of the order, while Harshal Patel starred with the ball for PBKS as he registered a three-wicket haul!

Ashutosh Sharma kept the home team in the hunt to chase down a but was dismissed for 183 in the final over.

He struck 61 off 28 deliveries, while Shashank Singh contributed 41 off 25 balls. Jasprit Bumrah and Gerald Coetzee stood out with the ball, claiming three wickets each.
